Is it simple, confident, healthy, stimulating and joyful? Are your relationships with your family, friends and colleagues free of stress and resentment? Would you like your personal life choices to be more about YOU? Do you want some inspiring personal goals? Personal coaching is about bringing more purpose, joy and ease into your life. It's about knowing yourself better, setting some inspiring personal goals and becoming proactive rather than reactive to life's challenges. Coaching to personal effectiveness will give you the awareness and the skills to increase your confidence. It will enable you to establish firm boundaries around how you wish to be treated by others. It's about taking better care of yourself at all levels. Do you have trouble saying NO to things you don't really want to do in a way that is clean and doesn't leave you or the person you are saying no to feeling cross or upset? This is something that often comes up in personal coaching. In Coaching to Personal Effectiveness we first do some exploration to discover what makes you tick. We'll explore your core needs and values and examine those things that are not working for you in your life, and why; what drives you and what behaviour patterns stop you. We'll identify all the things you are putting up with that stop you moving forward and having the life you want - and we'll set about seeing how we can eliminate those energy drainers, so you can have a simpler, more confident and joyful life. Coaching for Career Choice and Acceleration Do you sometimes feel like a round peg in a square hole? Perhaps your current career seemed like a good idea at the time, but you suspect it happened more by accident than design. Or you just can't work out what you want to do next and need some direction and focus. Maybe you have been made redundant and despite the glowing reference and generous payout the emotional cost has you feeling fragile and disillusioned? Achieving your Solo/Small Business Goals Maybe your head is spinning with information and possibilities and you are excited and really want to get going - but where to start and what sort of business is the right path for you.
