Career Background
As well as information and skills, Wendy brings to her work with you and her books the benefit of a life rich in experience, learning and transformation.
Wendy's career background includes journalism, small business, broadcasting and coaching. She has over 30 years experience in the Australian media as a feature writer for some leading newspapers and magazines. Her favourite subject and speciality was real estate and in the 80's she was property editor on the Sydney Daily Telegraph and later a contributor to the Sydney Morning Herald.
In 1990 with her husband Paul Buckingham she founded Class One Productions which is a producer of creative and inspiring audio and video programs for many leading training organisations and businesses.
Wendy first became interested in the benefits of using goals as a context for success and the finer distinctions in goal planning, when she attended a goal-planning seminar given by the man who became her inspiration, teacher and mentor, Allen Wright. Guided by his information and expertise and her own study and experience on the subject, Wendy began conducting her own workshops and coaching sessions. She continued to study and grow her skills with masters including Robert Kiyosaki, Marvin Oka, Stephanie Burns, Thomas Leonard, Dolf de Roos and Jason Whitton.
Wendy is a graduate of the American coaching school, Coach Inc and has been credentialed by the International Coach Federation. She also an experienced tele-class leader and holds Certificate IV in workplace Training and Assessment. |
